  • Emotional reassurance and encouragement
  • Physical comfort measures (breathing techniques, positioning, massage)
  • Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions
  • Communication support
  • Partner support so your loved ones can be fully present

Where do you provide birth support?

I provide birth doula support for:

  • Home births
  • Hospital births
  • Birth center births

Kshipra Doula is located in The Hague, South Holland, and serves families throughout the region.

What is included in your birth doula package?

My birth doula package includes:

1 free intake/consultation session to get to know each other and discuss your needs and wishes and to see we are fit for each other. One we decide to go ahead thenĀ 

  • 3 prenatal sessions during pregnancy to prepare for birth, discuss preferences, and build confidence
  • On-call availability from 37 weeks of pregnancy
  • Full continuous support during labour and childbirth
  • 2 postpartum visits for emotional support, reflection, and guidance after birth
