Doula services

My birth doula package includes:

• 1 intake/consultation /on call session to get to know each other and discuss your needs and expectations
• 3 prenatal sessions during pregnancy to prepare for birth, explore your preferences, and build confidence
• 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks of pregnancy
• Full continuous support during labour and childbirth
• 2 postpartum visits for emotional support, reflection, and adjustment after birth

Cost - €400 ( student doula discount)

1 and half to 2 hours massage done at comfort of your home with warm oil. I bring sheets and towel to cover you. You will remain covered and warm all the time only part which is being massages is open.

1 and half to 2 hours massage done at comfort of your home with warm oil. You can do massage any time after birth bedore 2 weeks it's a light massage and post 2 week I can apply more pressure.

Indian style head massage with relaxing shoulder and if you want face massage. It gives calm and relaxed feeling. Can be done with oil or without oil. 

Cost- 35 euros

Time- 30min

If you want to just focus on your head shoulder and foot including calves this massage is for you. It is shorter but relaxing. For head it can be done with or without oil. Warm oil is used for more relaxation. 

Cost- 50 euros 

Time - 45min

Relaxing foot and calves massage along with accupunture to make you more relaxed during waiting time post 37 week. Acupuncture is done focusing on labor inducing points. 

Cost -45 euros

Time - 30-45min
